As the host of the Fit Businessman film series, he inspires desk workers to live healthier worldwide. He is an online and on-sight coach, public speaker, and advocate of the Explosive Mode training principles, which encourage training variety through speed and strength exercises. He continues to compete in multiple track and field events and does occasional fitness photo shoots for fun. He resides in the heart of Europe with his wife and two daughters.

My commitment to supporting health initiatives and small businesses in the local community is evident in the diverse range of activities I engage in outside of the office, including media production, event promotion, and Explosive Mode coaching. These endeavors have allowed me to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the betterment of my community.
In addition to my community involvement, I have authored two books – Fit Businessman and Explosive Mode. The former is a personal reference guide that consolidates my training and nutrition notes, while the latter aims to raise awareness of lesser-known fitness options among local speed and strength athletes. By sharing my knowledge and experience, I hope to inspire a fitter and healthier population.
I am also proud to have collaborated with Emil “Milo” Martinovic, an up-and-coming strength and conditioning coach from Norway, on The Milo Method. This beautifully illustrated hardcover book offers invaluable insights into Milo’s coaching techniques, which specialize in the conditioning side of team sports and have benefited athletes of all ages.
